Our products are digital and available for immediate delivery & download. Due to this, we offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you find any issues with a product, then get in touch within 14 days and let us know. By purchasing our products you are agreeing that refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of Prime Loops and that all decisions made by Prime Loops are final. We advise checking the software/hardware requirements required to use the products (provided on the product page) before purchase; the customer bears the responsibility to have the knowledge required to use the product.
- Refunds or store credit will be given if your product is faulty or not as described.
We are unable to offer refunds if you have already downloaded you product and;
- Change your mind.
- Have the wrong hardware/software for the product.
- Have insufficient knowledge / know-how to use the product.
- The product doesn’t work due to cracked or illegally downloaded software.
